Climate Change

Climate Change might involve a change in seasons, an increase in the average temperature, or an increase in precipitation each year. Climate is different to weather.

Climate is the weather in an area, over a length of time. Climate is like the average weather in an area.

An increase in the surface temperature of the Earth (the Earth getting warmer Link to the Global Warming Page) will cause a change in climate.

Climate Change would mean more extreme weather events like storms, floods, cyclones, and droughts, and cause changes in rain patterns.
